WHAT IS LASER THERAPY? Laser Therapy is the application of red light and near infared radiation over injuries or lesions to stimulate the body's cellular response to damage, for healing and pain relief without sensation or side effects. Laser therapy is a drug free alternative for pain relief. It also accelerates the rate of tissue repair and reduces the risk of infection. Laser therapy has been extensively researched and thousands of clinical trials have been completed. The term adopted by US military scientists is Photobiomodulation.
